You navigate through this EBook (electronic book) just as you would a web page by clicking on the underlined word links. 

The navigation bar at the top of each page (just under the title banner) will take you to the Introduction or Table of Contents and, when appropriate, forward or backward a chapter at a time.  There are also navigation buttons at the bottom of each page in the copyright footer. 

To move up and down on a page use Page Up or Page Down, up or down arrow keys, the mouse or a scroll button.  Note:  You may have to click your mouse within the page to activate navigation.
